  • Wellness Life Coaching: Our wellness life coaching program introduces a new theme each month, guiding you through transformative practices that enhance your overall well-being. With a focus on mind, body, and spirit, we provide expert insights, actionable strategies, and personalized support to help you integrate lasting wellness habits into your daily life.

Our coaching program encompasses the following:

  • 90 minutes of group coaching weekly

  • 30 minutes of individual coaching monthly 

  • Community support and accountability 

  • Groups are intimate and confidential
